Shipping policy

BubbleBrightBooks products are printed on demand and fulfilled through our print fulfillment partners, including Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), unless otherwise noted.

Because each physical book is printed after the order is placed, please allow additional time for printing, processing, and shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are submitted for printing and fulfillment within 1–2 business days after purchase.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery times may vary based on printing time, shipping carrier, destination, holidays, and other delays outside our control. Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–10 business days after processing, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. From time to time, certain bundles or promotions may include free shipping.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has shipped.

SHIPPING DELAYS

If we become aware of a significant delay with your order, we will contact you. If an order cannot be shipped within the stated or expected timeframe, we will provide an updated shipping estimate when available or give you the option to cancel for a refund before the order ships.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us with your order number and any available photos or tracking details so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
